Who can apply for a partner account?
Businesses that sell travel services or send staff abroad, such as travel agencies, online travel platforms, retailers and companies with travelling teams. We review every application and may ask for more details.
Are partner prices available?
Partner prices are assigned to approved accounts. Once sales enables your access, your agreed prices appear in the Partner Dashboard and API.
How long does a review take?
It depends on the details we need to check, so we do not promise a fixed time. The status of your application is always shown in your Partner Dashboard.
Is there an API?
Yes. Approved partners with API access can create keys in their Partner Dashboard. Read the API documentation for products, wallet balance, orders and eSIM delivery.
Can I sell eSIMs under my own brand?
Not yet. White-label storefronts are not available. Request access in your application if you would like to be considered.
Can I resell eSIMs bought on the public store?
No. Our Terms do not allow reselling without our written permission. Applying for or holding a partner account does not give that permission; only a signed partner agreement does.
Which destinations can my customers use?
The destinations and plans in our public catalog: country, regional and worldwide plans. Each lists its data, validity and coverage on the Travel eSIM pages.
