Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using SimVoro. They explain what the Service does, how payment works, what you may and may not use it for, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the SimVoro website, accounts and services (together, the “Service”), provided by the operator of SimVoro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service provides

SMS verification. We give you temporary access to a virtual mobile number, supplied by telecom partners, so that you can receive a one-time SMS verification code (OTP) during a limited activation window shown on your activation page. A number is never assigned to you permanently: once the window ends it may be reassigned to other customers, and you will not be able to receive further messages on it.

Travel eSIM. Where shown as available for purchase, we sell prepaid travel mobile-data plans delivered as downloadable eSIM profiles. Plan pages and checkout show the intended destination or coverage, data allowance, validity, price and available network information. After a successful purchase and fulfilment, the installation details (such as a QR code) are provided in your account. You need a compatible, carrier-unlocked device and are responsible for checking compatibility before purchasing. A travel eSIM is generally for mobile data; it does not replace your existing phone number or guarantee voice calls, SMS or emergency calling.

Do not use a rented number for anything you need to access again later — such as two-factor authentication, account recovery or banking — because you will lose access to the number when the activation window ends.

3. Your account and eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account.

  • Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

  • Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

4. Prices, wallet and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) for each service and country, and change with supplier prices and availability. The price that applies is the one shown and confirmed when you buy; if it changes while you are buying, we ask you to confirm the new price before anything is reserved.

Purchases are paid from your SimVoro wallet. Temporary SMS numbers: when you take a number, its price is reserved (held) from your available balance. It is charged after the first SMS arrives. When the activation is cancelled before an SMS arrives, expires without a message, or cannot be issued, the unused reservation is released in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Travel eSIM: at checkout you confirm the selected plan and price. The amount is held while the order is submitted to the supplier and charged when the eSIM profile is successfully delivered. If the supplier definitively refuses or cannot fulfil an order, the hold is released. If the supplier's outcome is uncertain, the order may remain pending while we investigate; placing another order before that is resolved could result in a second purchase. Refunds of delivered eSIMs depend on the circumstances and applicable law, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Your wallet balance is a prepaid credit for the Service only. It is not a bank account or e-money account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another account. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Monthly auto top-up (optional). You can choose to have a fixed amount added to your wallet every month. When you turn it on, you authorise our payment provider to charge your card that amount in US dollars once a month, starting on the day you sign up, until you cancel. Each successful charge is added to your wallet like any other top-up. You can cancel at any time on your wallet page; cancelling stops future charges and does not remove funds already added. If a monthly payment fails, it is retried for a limited time and we email you; if it still fails, the auto top-up stops.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only lawfully. In particular, you must not use it:

  • for fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft or impersonating another person;

  • to send or enable spam, or to create accounts in bulk for spam, fake reviews, fake engagement or manipulating votes, promotions or referral programmes;

  • to harass, threaten, stalk or abuse anyone;

  • to evade a ban, suspension or limit imposed by any platform, or otherwise in breach of the terms of the third-party service you are signing up for;

  • for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, illegal gambling or the sale of illegal goods or services;

  • to access accounts, systems or data that you are not authorised to access.

You must also not interfere with the Service itself: no attempts to bypass rate limits or abuse controls, probe or attack our systems, scrape it beyond normal personal use, or resell it without our written permission.

6. Third-party platforms

SimVoro is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the apps and websites you verify with; their names and logos belong to their owners. We do not control whether a platform accepts a number, sends a code to it or later restricts an account. Success rates and stock shown on the Service describe recent history and are not a promise that a code will arrive.

7. Availability of the Service

Temporary numbers and travel eSIM plans depend on supplier availability, which can change at any moment. We do not guarantee that a particular SMS number or eSIM plan will remain available, that an SMS will arrive, or that a third-party mobile network will provide uninterrupted service, a particular speed or coverage everywhere in a destination. Plan data allowance, activation requirements and validity are described before purchase. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the Service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

8. Releases and refunds

Releases of reserved amounts and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limits, suspension and closure

To protect customers and suppliers we apply limits — for example on concurrent numbers, purchases per hour and cancellations per day. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse, that is subject to a chargeback, or where the law requires it.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we refund any remaining balance to the original payment method where possible. Where an account is closed for a breach, we may withhold the balance to the extent the law allows, to cover losses, fees or chargebacks.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from the actions of third-party platforms — such as an account being restricted after verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Your responsibility for misuse

If you use the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, you are responsible for the resulting claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that we or our suppliers incur, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when services, suppliers, payment arrangements or applicable law change. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. For material changes we give reasonable notice on the website or by email before they apply; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of SimVoro is established, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any problem informally.
