Your wallet and top-ups

Add funds to your wallet to buy numbers. Learn what balance, on hold and available mean, and how card top-ups work.

Numbers are paid from your SimVoro wallet: you add funds once, then buy numbers in a single step. Your balance, your top-ups and every payment are in US dollars (USD).

Balance, on hold and available

  • Balance is the money in your wallet, including amounts reserved for numbers that are still waiting for an SMS.

  • On hold is the part of your balance reserved for those numbers.

  • Available is what you can spend right now: your balance minus the amount on hold.

When a code arrives, the reserved amount is charged and leaves your balance. When no code arrives, it becomes available again.

Topping up by card

Open your wallet and choose an amount. When card payments are available, you pay on a secure Stripe checkout page and then return to SimVoro. We never see or store your full card number. The funds appear in your wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.

When card top-ups are not available

If your wallet page says that card payments are not available yet, contact our support team: we will tell you which ways to add funds are currently offered. The smallest and largest top-up amounts are shown on the wallet page.

Prices in other currencies

You can also see prices in another currency, such as euros or Japanese yen: choose it in the language and currency menu. These amounts are estimates, marked with ≈ and converted at a daily mid-market exchange rate. You still pay the US dollar price. When you top up by card, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Monthly auto top-ups

Where it is offered, you can have a fixed amount added to your wallet every month. Choose the amount on your wallet page, tick the monthly option and confirm with your card on the Stripe checkout page. Your card is charged that amount in US dollars on the day you sign up and then once a month until you cancel, and each successful charge is added to your wallet like any other top-up.

You can cancel at any time on your wallet page: future charges stop straight away, and money already added stays in your wallet. If a monthly payment fails, we email you and it is retried for a limited time; if it still fails, the auto top-up stops. To change the amount, cancel and start a new one.

  • Wallet funds can be used only on SimVoro. They are not a bank account and earn no interest.
